Mardo refund policy

Mardo 1 is sold for US $29.99 as a one-time personal license. A buyer may request a voluntary refund within 30 calendar days after purchase by emailing support@mardo.app from the delivery address and providing the Stripe receipt or order identifier. This policy does not reduce any mandatory refund, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer right provided by applicable law.

Mardo licenses are offline and cannot be remotely revoked. When a voluntary refund is accepted, the paid license grant ends. The customer agrees to remove the .flooflicense certificate and stop using paid editing and PDF features; viewer mode remains available. Support records the refund against the original order and does not represent that the certificate was technically disabled.

Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and suspected fraud are handled through the same support address. Support never asks for a private signing key, card number, account password, or document contents.
